Returns
Returns of unused item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase are accepted. A fee of 35% of the hydraulic cylinder value will be payable because cylinders in the ProRam range are made to order items. Postage costs must be covered by the buyer in this instance.
In the very unlikely event goods are faulty, you have the choice of either a replacement item, or a full refund upon our inspection of the faulty goods. Reasonable postage costs will also be covered by us.
